Split bricks are the perfect tool to help increase your flexibility!
Beginners who have already achieved the basic split can challenge themselves by placing one split brick under each ankle, whilst in the split, to create an over-split. The bricks can be stacked on their ends or on top of each other to create a bigger challenge for the more flexible, by implementing a deeper over-split. Use singularly or as a set - one brick per pack.
